The first step in treating your sleep disorder is to get an accurate diagnosis. Here at the Falcon Sleep Center, we are committed to working with you and your doctor to make sure that you receive the best diagnosis and treatment plan to help alleviate your sleep disorders.

Talking to your doctor
Review all your medications with your doctor
Please bring a list of all medications that you are currently taking, as well as a list of medications that you had been taking during the last one year.
Take our sleep quiz and take it to your doctor
The quiz will help you understand your sleep disorders. In addition, this list will outline your symptoms that can be further investigated by your doctor.
Discuss your sleep habits
Discuss your sleep habits with your doctor. Please also mention your mealtimes to your doctor as they may have an effect on your sleep cycle.
Please mention any health risks or conditions
Please mention any health risks or conditions that you are currently experiencing to your doctor. Your doctor will be able to provide a more accurate diagnosis and treatment plan given your medical history and risks.
Making an appointment

Your physician will refer you to Falcon Sleep Center. He may also be able to get an appointment for you. Depending on the situation, a Falcon Sleep Center representative will contact you within 24 hours to book and/or confirm your diagnostic appointment. We understand that you have a very busy schedule, and we will work with you to make sure that the appointment is scheduled for a convenient time.

If you would like us to recommend a doctor to help you diagnose your symptoms, please feel free to contact us, and we will provide you with a list of certified physicians and specialists.  

Preparing for your appointment

We will contact you with a reminder approximately 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Once you arrive at the Falcon Sleep Center, you will be met by our certified staff, who will guide you through every step of the diagnostic procedure, and will be on hand to answer any question that you might have.

We provide a comfortable and stress-free environment to help you feel at ease. Our procedures are totally non-invasive and safe. Throughout the procedure, our staff will be on hand to address any questions or concerns that you might have. Your security and comfort are our utmost priority.

After your appointment

After your diagnostic procedure, your information is gathered into a one report that is then sent to your physician. Everything is done electronically, thereby minimizing delays.

Once your physician receives the report, he will discuss the results with you and come up with a comprehensive treatment plan.
