To be able to function properly we all need a good night's rest. Getting
a good night's sleep is as important to our health as basic nutrition or exercise. Without it, all our day to day activities
suffer. Lack of sleep or a sleeping disorder can take a significant toll on our jobs, relationships and even our health.
Unfortunately, due to our busy lifestyles, more and more people are getting less sleep. Millions
of people regularly fail to get a good night's rest. Lack of sleep is affecting us all.
Fortunately, we can all find help. There are many resources to help you determine if you
are suffering from a sleep disorder, or if your kids are just making you run around a bit too much.
Talk to your primary health care physician about your sleeping habits. Or, come see us and we
will work with you to find the right plan for you so that you can get back to your normal lifestyle.

Please let us know how we are doing.
